Pupil Terms & Conditions

1. You are required to be in possession of a valid driving licence. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes to your licence.
2. You will be required to pay in full for any lesson or test slot that you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
3. Any block lessons paid for are non-refundable but are transferrable to another of our instructors if necessary. They must be taken within 6 months of your first lesson. All block bookings must be paid for in advance.
4. If you lose your appointment card, we cannot transfer any prepaid lessons as your card is your receipt
5. We reserve the right to refuse the use of the instructor’s car for practical tests if the instructor feels you have not reached a satisfactory standard for test.
6. The minimum cost of the car for practical test is £80, this includes pick up from home, 1 hour lesson before, 15 minutes final preparation time, time on test, debrief and drive home. This does not include the DVSA’s practical test fee.
7. You are responsible for the instructor’s vehicle whilst you are on your practical driving test. In the unlikely event of an accident, you would be liable for any insurance excess (up to £250).
8. Credit will not be accepted under any circumstance.
9. We reserve the right to change your instructor or car at any time.
10. If you change your pick up or drop off point without 48 hours notice, it may not be possible to give you a full hour’s lesson (full hour to be charged).
11. Complaints will only be considered in writing if they are within fourteen days of the incident.
12. Test pass photos may be used on social media or our website – please speak to your instructor if you don’t wish for this to happen.
